I am a parent coach and advocate who specializes in helping families of neurodivergent children find understanding of challenging behaviors, build confidence and skills, and get the support their child deserves.
Two of my children have autism, and I am a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD. My household is what I affectionately call "neurospicy." My lived experience, combined with my background as a mental health therapist, gives me a perspective that is both professionally grounded and genuinely relatable.
I believe that we all have callings in life and that my purpose is to be of service to others. All children deserve to have the best access to supports to prepare them for their amazing futures!

Empowerment coaching is a team approach between the parent and myself that helps identify and achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and maximize your child's potential with supports and services.
The duration of coaching varies depending on your individual needs and the needs of your child. It can range from a few weeks to several months or even intermittently throughout the school year as issues arise. Every approach is unique -- just as your child is unique.
Coaching can help you gain valuable knowledge, improve your mindset and enhance your communication skills. It can help you feel more confident, empowered and in control of your child's academic success.
